Capt Scott Hamilton - Palm Beach
The big False Albacore have moved on to richer feeding grounds. Scott had another fantastic summer catching Albies up to 20lbs. There are still some lingering south of Palm Beach, but they are smaller and not running in the big groups like earlier in the season. Right now, there's a potpourri of fish to catch. The following were caught in one charter: Ablies, Blue Runners, Rainbow Runners, Kingfish, Spanish Mackrel, Snook, Snapper, Jacks, Cudas, and Dolphin. There were also some Yellowfin Tuna around but they were moving to fast to catch up with. This variety will continue until the Mullet run starting in September when more species should get added to the mix.
